Do I need to open SaveSync to sync?+
No. After you link it, SaveSync syncs in the background: a few seconds after a game saves, and every few minutes for saves from your other devices. Opening it syncs at once and shows what it did.
What happens to the save of the game I'm playing?+
SaveSync never replaces it while the game is open, because the emulator would write over it. It syncs once you close the game.
What if two devices changed the same save?+
SaveSync keeps both. One stays current on your devices, and the other is in that game's history on the website, where you can restore it.
Which saves does it sync?+
In-game saves from RetroArch, which runs most systems on Anbernic's firmware. Save states and the standalone emulators (DraStic, PPSSPP) are next.
Does it work on muOS, Knulli, or ROCKNIX?+
Not yet: those firmwares keep saves in other folders. They're next, through PortMaster, so you can install SaveSync from the handheld itself.
How do I remove it?+
Turn the device off under Devices on the website, then delete Roms/APPS/SaveSync.sh and the Roms/APPS/savesync folder from the SD card.
